We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Product Manager to lead our core business line, “Business Information.” In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development and, management across 7 different markets.
Job Description
- Product Strategy and development: implement product strategies consistent with the company vision and global roadmaps.
- Manage the products lifecycle: from the ideation to launch, coordinating the developments of new products and services, identifying market opportunities and coordinating the activities cross-functional teams.to ensure alignment and execution of developments.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: collaborating closely with the marketing team to create and execute go-to-market strategies for the launch of new products and services in the market: coordinating launch activities, and driving product growth and profitability in line with business objectives
- Sales Support: providing support to the sales team by equipping them with the necessary product knowledge and materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of CRIF's Business Information products in the Asian market. This involves creating sales collateral, conducting product training sessions for sales representatives, and assisting with sales presentations and demonstrations. Additionally, you would collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, address customer inquiries, and facilitate the sales process to drive revenue growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience as Product Manager of services in B2B Markets
- Experience managing products across multiple markets and countries
- Expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle: from the ideation, planning and executing product developments, including go-to-market strategies
- Experience in industry: Financial institutions, Fintech, Business Information, Credit Insurance
- Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive product strategies
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring they align with business goals
- Ability to adapt strategies based on different markets
Preferred Qualification
- Mandarin language
- Willingness to travel
- Familiarity with Agile framework and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
