Project Manager CoE

Role Description

We are looking for a Project Manager in Business Operations who must possess a combination of technical and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on supply chain management, data analysis, intercultural communication, and the ability to adapt to international contexts. The ability to optimize processes and manage operational performance is crucial to ensuring the efficiency and success of Operations.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

  • Risk Management: Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate project-related risks.
  • Planning and Organization: Skill in creating detailed project plans and organizing resources to achieve objectives.
  • Budget Management: Knowledge of financial practices to manage project costs and ensure adherence to budget limits.
  • Use of Project Management Tools: Familiarity with software and tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ability to manage and optimize the supply chain, including demand planning, inventory management, and operations stock.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Skill in using data analysis tools to monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
  • Resource Management: Ability to balance and allocate resources efficiently across different international hubs.
  • Knowledge of International Regulations: Familiarity with laws and regulations governing business operations and distribution at an international level.
