Operations & Customer Support Specialist (Credit Bureau Operator)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to customers regarding technical onboarding, account activation processes, and internal administrative procedures.
- Monitor and report issues identified in testing and production environments, ensuring timely communication and coordination with both customers and service providers.
- Analyze customer requests, translate business needs into clear and actionable tickets for relevant internal teams, and proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Independently manage data subject rights requests from initial receipt through data collection, analysis, and final response, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the management of social media activities related to CRIF services.
- Assist in the preparation, verification, and distribution of invoices.
- Collaborate with partners to identify and develop new distribution channels and business opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, such as Customer Relations, Customer Success, Operations Specialist, or B2B Financial Services Operations.
- Experience in lending, fintech, digital finance, or financial services is considered a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Knowledge of credit markets and financial products is an advantage.
- Strong technical aptitude with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
