Within CRIF IT department, the resource will be in charge of international and national projects related to the delivery of a complex software application for the banking and finance industry.

What we are looking for:

You will work as a mentor in order to:

• Assisting team members with departmental procedures, tools, utilities, processes and standards. The candidate will be recognized by members of the team as the technical leader;
• Acting as a mentor for other resources and provides training on the job and advice on the tasks assigned to the team;
• Actively coding and refactor significant parts of the application;
• Troubleshooting activities in case of performance and production problems;
   

Technical skills

• Performance tuning;
• Good database design and tuning experience;
• Knowledge of Java Framework and Java Spring Boot;
• Experience in the use of relational dbms (Oracle, MS SQLServer) and knowledge of non relation

• Knowledge of Angular,  Kubernetes and Service-Oriented Architecture

• Good skills in understanding the functional requirements and translation in technical analysis.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• At least 6 years’ experience in the specific role, or in similar role
• Fluent knowledge of English language is required
• Good relational skills and flexibility
• Stress resistance
• Ability to work with international teams
• Ability to act as technical leader
