What are you going to do
You are a techno-functional, high performing individual with excellent communication skills & analytical thought process.
You will be part of the Group IT Organization and will be involved in RPA/BI projects.
You will be responsible for the following activities:
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion;
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project;
- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the execution of projects;
Skills
- Proven working experience as RPA Developer on UIPATH platform;
- Proven experience in production maintenance activities;
- Passion for understanding business processes with the aim of addressing them by leveraging analysis and modeling;
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
- Excellent documentation skills;
- Ability to work in an international team environment;
- Strong result oriented approach;
- Negotiation skills and Customer oriented approach;
Nice to have
- Waterfall or Agile Project methodologies (certification is a plus);
Responsibilities
- Work within the Project Portfolio & RPA Team with the purpose to participate in defining business system requirements and recommend appropriate solutions;
- Knowledge of the vision, has the ability to develop new proposals and to translate ideas into new products;
- Monitors work progress and supervises alignment between time schedule and commitment to the customer;
- Drafts the Business Plan and the Project Vision by ensuring the maximization of existing product components and in line with current market ones;
- Plays the role of reference figure for projects or part of projects (also carried out on site) both for methodological setting and execution;
Eligibility
- Masters OR equivalent in Applied mathematics, statistics/econometrics, computer science, business administration (Tech/Ops) with 2-4 years’ of prior experience in data intensive environment;
- Knowledge of the English language at an excellent level;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good public speaking;
- Excellent analytical ability;
- Flexibility and passion for the role and its accountabilities;
- Spirit of initiative;
