Sales Manager, Business Information Service    


Job Responsibilities: 
This is position is an exciting combination of both a hunter and a farmer role, giving the incumbent lots of opportunities to exercise domain knowledge and professional sales & account management skills to grow the business and increase market shares. 

  • Primary focus is to grow organic and new sales of business information report products for credit risk management, Know Your Customers, and compliance needs of customers in the banks/financial, insurance, wealth management, international trading industries; 
  • Will manage BD Team 
  • Selling data as a service for lead generation, market analytics and database building needs using data from the ACRA database and our regional databases. 
  • Achieve revenue, customer number, and sales activities targets 
  • Provide data and business information expert guidance to clients in product support, application of information. We want to be a business partner, and not just an information or data vendor. 
  • Support the Director in strategic planning and execution. 
  • Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to contribute to product development. 
  • Prepare and present the company and its services to a group audience or conference. 
  • Maintains high integrity in sales and customer service.

Qualification & Experience 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent. 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English 
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with 1-2 years in leadership role  
  • Required Skill(s): sales, marketing, account management, business development, partnerships, negotiation, planning 
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales to Corporates or equivalent. 
  • Knowledge of banking, insurance, finance, KYC/Compliance segment prefered
