IT Client Service Advisory


The profile researched will be responsible for maintenance and support activities of the installed solutions, coordinating and managing customer communications and delivery of fixes and small change requests.


In particular the required responsibilities will be:


·      Functionally managing a team including Developers and Business Analysts.

·      Coordinating and executing configuration/installation and general troubleshooting of applications and systems.

·      Planning deployments, coordinating with customer and internal teams

·      Leading customer support meetings and provides supporting material

·      Managing escalations originating from production issues

·      Operating closely with the customer’s technical assistants and the internal development/customization groups

·      Guiding less experienced colleagues on problem identification and customer relationship management.

·      Granting the maintainability of the installed solutions, being constantly in touch with the Project Manager for evaluating impacts of changes to customer’s production environment, facilitating handover of the new features.


Essential technical requirements:

Knowledge of:


•       Degree in computer science

•       Technical documentation writing skills

•       Advanced English level according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

•       2-3 year experience in an equivalent position

•       Leadership skills

•       Negotiation skills


Additional technical requirements:


Knowledge of:

other operating systems (Unix, Linux, AS400, Z / ​​OS)

Main Application Server (IIS, Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, Weblogic)

programming languages ​​C # and / or Java

Microsoft operating systems

MS SQL Server and / or Oracle SQL and related XML, XSL, XSLT codes
