Job Overview：

1.需與海外集團制定公司品牌行銷策略主軸發展與行銷策略與目標、年度行銷企劃及渠道規劃，並控管時程與追蹤成效運營策略制定與執行。

2.熟悉數位社群、行銷媒體操作、官網規劃佈局、SEO優化、GA數據分析與精準廣告投放操作實戰經驗。

3.具邏輯、系統性分析思考及視覺設計美學觀。

4.富有廣告創意發想，深具文案技巧與事件操作。

5.跨部及對外合作需求溝通協調。

6.具組織架構、獨當一面處理問題，將事情完整傳達並能執行。

7.行銷文案撰寫、產品溝通規劃、活動宣傳規劃。

• 需具備英文溝通能力
• 積極主動的工作態度，有良好溝通能力，能清晰表達想法
• 有效管理時間、資源，以保持工作流程有效率有秩序地推展
• 善於團隊合作與問題解決能力，對工作充滿熱情和責任感
