Telesales Specialist

  •     Cold Calling companies using a given phone directory to sell Hoovers.
    • Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
    • Follow prepared sales script to provide accurate information about a products’ price, features and benefits.
    • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
    • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our products meet their needs.
    • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in our systems.
    • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
    • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
    • Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes.
    • Meet and exceed projected monthly sales goals



  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Business Management or Communication
  • at least 1 years experienced in customer service (via telephone and email)
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • highly creative, can work with less supervision, has initiative and good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
