Marketing Intern (Graphic Design Focus)

1. Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials including social media posts, email newsletters, flyers, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager to brainstorm and execute creative design concepts that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines
• Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing collateral.

2. Marketing Support:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation and distribution.
• Help maintain digital marketing platforms such as social media accounts, website content, and email marketing lists.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed, including data entry, filing, and organizing marketing materials.

3. General Tasks:

• Assist with clerical tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and organizing files.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for marketing materials and services.
• Support the marketing team in various administrative duties to facilitate smooth operations.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canvas).
• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Must be organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
