Marketing Executive

We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic professional to work within our Marketing Team.


As a Marketing Executive your objective will be to help drive lead generation for both new customer acquisition, and continued business growth from our existing users through innovative and commercially effective online marketing campaigns.


  • In this target driven role, you’ll be required to design, create and publish tactical and strategic marketing collateral including service brochure-ware, user guides, email campaigns, press releases, client proposals, and both online and offline adverts, with the goal of supporting the achievement of pre-defined revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • To continually segment, analyse and report on existing customers (loyalty, customer retention), by key customer profile traits such as frequency of use, and industry type as examples. We hope to feed any insights gained from this exercise, to further segment and more effectively target existing clients and partners with services and features more specific and relevant to their ongoing requirements.
  • To provide assistance across all channels of sales and marketing support. This will include identifying, sourcing and qualifying potential new user groupings, managing email campaigns with the view of re-connecting and generating new business, social posts to promote partnerships, awards and new features, liaising with inbound and outbound partners to deliver co-marketing activities.
  • Your duties will also cover copywriting and written communication - including blog, social posts, on-boarding and regular service updates, case studies, testimonials.
  • You will be included in team revenue targets, which we ask you to support and help each team to meet their targets.


The ideal candidate will have:


  • An honours business or marketing degree
  • At least two – three years marketing experience in a corporate business to business environment
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe illustrator
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwards (preferred)
  • Be an expert in Email marketing and bulk mail software
  • Fluency in content management systems
  • Have a creative flair with excellent attention to detail
  • Be sales focused and have a strong commercial awareness
  • Proficiency in SEO and Social Media
  • Be a team player
