Telesales Specialist

CRIF OMESTI is a leading provider of credit reports and business information services for financial institutions, corporations, and SMEs in Malaysia, is looking for Virtual Sales Specialist who are persuasive and can demonstrate exceptional selling, communication, and closing skills to potential clients. The Virtual Sales Specialist is responsible for the process of calling, pitching, following up and closing deals at a high performing level. Contact the Corporate customers to introduce and sell the products.

Duties and Responsibilities

While leads are provided, you will be expected to:

·      Can sell on the phone as second nature.

·      Effectively communicates the products to the prospects.

·      Be sales-minded and resourceful to hit KPIs.

·      Meet requirements in the areas of documentation accuracy, approval and systems processing.

·      Keep records of calls and sales, and note useful information in an organised way with CRM tools.

·      A knack for objection handling, persuasive, instilling urgency and acting in a fast-paced fashion.

·      Constantly excelling in meeting and exceeding KPI elements set by the company.

Requirements

·      This is a 100% telesales role, the incumbent must be comfortable to make outbound calls via digital communication tools.

·      Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu. It will be an advantage if the candidate can converse in Mandarin.

·      A proficient communicator with a consultative sale driven approach.

·      A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn.

·      Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes

·      Preferably to have an experience in sales/telesales/telemarketing/outbound call.
