Team Coordinator

Location: 

Koper, SI

Responsabilities

 

This position will operate in Koper within the Global Business Service Organization reporting to the Site Manager. He will be in charge for the P&L at team level assuring the respect of the SLAs and the customer satisfaction.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Set up and organizing the team with a clear responsibility on P&L;

Defining the SLAs with the internal customers and manage the team flexibility during peaks & volumes depressions;

Analyzing the performance of the business to keep it consistent with performance indicators (KPIs) and expected results, in synergy with other team leaders;

Managing the relationship with customers, suppliers, colleagues of the operating units and colleagues;

Assuring the right training of the team and all the related documentation to manage the service;

Contributes to the success of any audit performed by customers on the operational structure.

Previous experience in operations management and experience in managing teams;

Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

Availability to travel;

It is mandatory to have a high level in Italian and a good knowledge of English language.
