PT.Visi Globalindo Data Utama is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. PT Visi Globalindo Data Utama has been operating commercially since 2009. The Company’s primary business line is in providing business information reports to clients, both international and domestic. These reports are used extensively by major credit guarantee institutions in USA, Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa, as well as trading houses, suppliers, banks, and the commercial sections of several foreign embassies in Indonesia. Job Summary:
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees Etc, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and network infrastructure include troubleshooting.  This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT principles, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
 * Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person.
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
 * Manage user accounts and permissions.
 * Document support requests and solutions in internal system.
 * Maintain and update IT documentation.
 * Assist with the setup and maintenance of assets.
 * Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues.
 * Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
 * Responsibilities related to your company's IT environment, e.g., supporting software, managing cloud services, etc.]
 

Qualifications:
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field/Computer Technic/Informatic Technic/S1/D3, Associate's degree with relevant certifications, equivalent experience.
 * Fresh graduate allowed or 1 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Laptop troubleshooting.
 * Familiarity with common software applications (e.g. Windows365, Fortigate) or Firewall knowledge is advantages.
 * Experience with network troubleshooting (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with English communications.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Optional: List any desired certifications - e.g., Fortigate, Windows Server skills is advantages.
