jOb DESCRIPTION

- Lead, mentor and guide the business development team in Vietnam.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new market and acquire new clients.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners

- Represent the company at events, conferences and networking opportunities

- Meet sales and revenue targets as set by management

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for growth
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring sales opportunities.
- Regularly and consistently identifies and builds prospect leads by researching industry and related business events, publications tracking individual contributors
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
- Regularly track and submits sales reports and weekly forecasts and customer feedback to management
- Updates job knowledge by joining in product training of company


Competencies

1. Prior successful leadership and sales experience, preferably in information industry or solution selling environment
2. Excellent sales communicator, with persuasive sales personality
3. Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented, ready to work independently
4. Good problem solving skills
5. Team player, with a “can-do” attitude
6. Detail-oriented, but with an eye for seeing the “big picture.”
