Job Description

This person will manage the Lender Support Team. This role is suited to someone with experience in customer/business support who is interested in joining a fast paced global fintech company.

The role will include but is not limited to:

  • Manage, coordinate and support the Lender Support team in the processing of Lender requests as per agreed deadlines.
  • Act as client relationship manager for top 5 retail banks in Ireland, taking prompt ownership of issues raised and ensuring a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Develop metrics to record, measure and monitor the different types of support requests via available support channels and report to senior management on a monthly basis.
  • Formulate strategies to target knowledge gaps among Lenders and implement effective actions to reduce repeated issues being raised.
  • Interact and coordinate activities with offshore CRIF operations and global technical support teams to ensure that the service provided to customers is in accordance with the defined SLA.
  • Monitor the request system to ensure all queries are dealt with in a reasonable timeframe and if necessary, escalate to senior management. 
  • Analyse support requests and interact with various internal IT support functions to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems as they happen.
  • Operate in a cross functional capacity, providing support to the Customer Support team if required.

 

Skills/Experience:

Applicants for this position must have a background in Business/Finance or other related discipline, and have:

 

  • A university degree in Business/Finance or other related discipline; or equivalent professional training and experience.
  • Experience managing a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of flexibility, commitment and enthusiasm 
  • Relevant financial services experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Be proficient in Microsoft office’s suite of products, in particular Word and Excel
  • Flexibility to adapt as the role may require
