Pre Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

The Pre Sales Specialist will support the sales & operations teams to identify and communicate optimal solutions based on client’s business goals and application of best practices. For this role, you will own and define the product strategy for various products and solutions, approach, and positioning with clients/segments, including product marketing, branding, and product management. This role will streamline the client's end-to-end experience and further enable our business growth by adding innovative digital solutions and services, using digital technology, data, and continued improvement of our products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product lifecycle, including product integration, launches, and changes, throughout implementation as well as maintenance of existing products
  • Support product training as required to ensure business development and operations team members are trained in product positioning, value propositions, key features, and ‘rules of engagement
  • Provide thought leadership for digital products, existing and new, coordinate the product initiatives, and develop
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth through constant client engagement & feedback
  • Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Review, monitor, and manage projects to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Establish processes to support an engagement, including project calendar and defining deliverables and reporting procedures.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly status reports internally and to the client, as needed, at key project milestones and provide project status reports on the effectiveness of the engagement against the baseline plan. 
  • Validate scope, conduct project kickoff, and hold discussions with stakeholders.
  • Define in advance and secure sign-off on the acceptance criteria for project deliverables, work with the team to establish delivery dates, and oversee the review of client deliverables to ensure they meet all client acceptance criteria. 

 

Qualification and Experience:

  • Masters/MBA preferred
  • UAE Nationals Only
  • Professional qualification in Project / Project Management
  • 3 to 5 years of experience

 

Desired skills/attributes

  • Customer-first mindset and in-depth understanding of commercial requirements in combination with digital technologies.
  • Successful track record in business development and product management
  • Solid project management experience
  • Proven experience in product ownership
  • Some leadership experience is good to have
