Job Description: Front Office Administrator

 

Location:  Dubai

             

Work Timings: Monday and Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Control the functions of the front office
  • Attend phone calls and client requests
  • Maintain and file all invoices and related copies received
  • Handle day-to-day inventories of all stationery and staff requirements.
  • Handle the courier services.
  • Receive and update invoices delivery and receipts.
  • Manage travel bookings.
  • Preparing monthly reports related to Time and attendance system.
  • Help out with administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent English speaking & writing skills
  • Basic Arabic language skills desired
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical work
