You will have the chance to see first-hand open innovation management and to support EnnovecoS , BOOM’s Innovation unit in the delivery of its projects and services towards startups and corporates.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate open innovation programs, supporting their coordination and execution. This may involve assisting in the development of program materials, coordinating workshops or training sessions, and helping to create a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing.
• Assist the orchestration of open innovation initiatives. This will involve engaging with external stakeholders, assisting in organizing innovation challenges, while also providing logistical support and ensuring smooth program execution.
• Support with the management of the startup community. The intern will support the growth and engagement, and will assist in identifying potential partnership opportunities.

Competences

• Strong communication, analysis relating to Open Innovation and issues, research skills;
• Team working, organization and time management skills, as well as attention to details;
• Knowledge of topics relating to Open Technologies, deepened through reading and other channels
• Techy-business mindset, enthusiast for new technologies, innovation, and the startup’s world;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PPT
• Degree in Economics, Innovation Management, Engineering, Computer Science or other related areas
• Italian and English fluent (mandatory)

We offer a dynamic and rapidly growing work environment and a remuneration of euros 700 per month.
