Digital and Consulting - Business Development Manager

Key requirements:

  • Quantitative and structured approach, with outstanding Excel and Power Point presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Analytics for Financial Risk management and Credit Solutions
  • Banking local Market consolidated knowledge
  • Previous Work experience in Consultancy or Enterprise software solutions company
  • Knowledge of Credit Bureau logics
  • Understanding of regulated Markets and local compliance scenarios
  • Understanding of SaaS dynamics
  • Knowledge of main Innovation trends in Financial Services (Artificial Intelligence, Open banking, SaaS transformation, Privacy/ Compliance for Digital environments)
  • Client facing attitude
  • Experience and attitude in Sales and Business Development in the specific market
  • Basic commercial knowledge of SaaS vs On-premise go to Market and Value proposition strategies. Understanding of basic ICT aspects, including Infrastructures, is still appreciated
  • Marketing Sensitivity

Job Description:

  • Responsibility for local Market growth
  • Working as a pivotal actor between technical, sales and PM internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand Market and specific Client needs, in order to assess capabilities, identify improvement areas and propose solutions in line with owned offerings
  • Contribute to design and review e2e offerings and strategic roadmaps (for both clients and internal stakeholders)
  • Hold Client relationships: understand needs and work as a unique entry point for making sure projects run well and identifying up/ cross selling opportunities
  • Constantly monitor the competitive scenario, understanding innovations trends and winning Product propositions
  • Contribute/ Lead pushing Offers out at e2e level, including administrative responsibilities
  • Responsible of Customer Engagement for digital goals working alone and together with local sales team
  • Support the development of Sales plan per his country
  • Co-own local pipelines in order to push Gaps resolution strategies
  • Ability to price and bundle flexibly between project and product based Go To Market approaches, in order to sell proprietary technologies and consulting services as an ancillary.
  • Experience in Event organization (including remote events) and working as a Brand/ Product ambassador
