Business Controller

CRIF is an innovative international Group specialized in IT solutions, decision systems, outsourcing, banking software and consulting services; our clients are mainly finance companies, insurance companies, utilities and enterprises and we support them in each step of their relations with their customers. In order to develop our company we are looking for a Business Controller

Key Responsibilities
 

• Carry out regular business performance analysis, analyzing variances from budget/forecast.
• Participate to the monthly/quarterly Business Reviews together with Business Directors .
• Identify and suggest actions, to support the achievement of performance targets.
• Proactively support in the production of the annual budget and forecasts for the areas of responsibility.
• Analyzing revenues by conducting thorough financial assessments, identifying trends, and interpreting financial data to provide insights and support on the monthly business review as well as to sales operations per country.
• Support sales team and accounting team on contract management.
• Preparation of the monthly reporting for the areas of responsibility.
• Performing ad hoc analysis and controlling tasks.
   

Profile
 

• Degree in Business Administration with excellent results
• + 3/ 5 years of working experience within Finance teams of international organizations, having had specific international experience
• Ability to understand business models and build business plans
• Ability to work cross-functional, close to business and customers with a solid Business Partners attitude
• Analytical thinking, ability to understand issues, interpret data, draw conclusions and provide guidance
• Ability to design and measure KPIs, with specific focus on the P/L
• Accountability, respect of deadlines and quality standards (accuracy, consistency with policies and guidelines)
• Ability to prioritize activities, work with flexibility and to handle stress
   

Requirements / Capabilities
 

• fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite user with focus on Excel and Power BI
• Experience with SAP - SAP/BW
