QA Analyst

We are looking for a new team member for the position of QA analyst who loves the IT field and at the same time working with people, likes to constantly learn and solve problems with joy and determination. Below you will find out what awaits you in CRIF:

• Design user acceptance and regression test cases, executes them and log the bugs detected
• Track bugs down to their closure
• Emphasis on back-end related testing activities
• Define the project test plan, defining the type and level of tests required to cover both new and existing functionalities
• Document tests using corporate methodology, tools and infrastructure so that they could be fully automated and repeatable
• Proactively identifies, recommends and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of testing strategies.

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum bachelor degree in IT or Math, if not then proven testing experience could replace institutional education.
• At least 4+ years of testing experience, including knowledge of test methodologies and different test types e.g. functional, non-functional, structural, regression, testing automation.
• Strong kowledge of SQL, XML
• Experience with Jira, SoapUI
• Experience with HP Quality Centre and with test automation is an advantage
• Active level of English
• Ability to work independetly
• Proactive involvement in team activities
• Background of banking or financial area is nice to have
