Business Analyst

We are looking for a new team member for the position of Business Analyst who loves the IT field and at the same time working with people, likes to constantly learn and solve problems with joy and determination. Below you will find out what awaits you in CRIF:


  • Assist in presales activities, performing product/service demonstration, discussing needs, recommending best practices in line with CRIF experiences
  • Collect and discuss business requirements, both for decision strategies and business processes, documenting them within CRIF standard procedures and templates
  • Follow the implementation of the business requirements defined, configuring the CRIF software platforms or providing the needed documentation to the software developers and assisting them during the project
  • Design and execute user tests of the solution delivered (functional, regression and unit test)
  • Manage the relationship towards both internal and external players in order to produce effective solutions for clients
  • Execute the tasks assigned by the project management, timely and with the required quality
  • Communicate key insights and findings to product team
  • Lookout for ways to improve product, services, best practices and deliver better value to the customer


  • Minimum bachelor degree in Economics, IT or Math
  • 2 year experience in Business Analysis/IT Analysis/IT Product Specialist or experience as SW Developer or QA Analyst/Tester - advantageous
  • Technical knowledge of IT information system architecture is an advantage
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Professional in analytical thinking and customer orientation
  • Communicative level of both English and Slovak languages is required
  • Position requires travelling
