Mission

Our company is looking for a Software Asset Management Specialist.

This position is within Global Technologies Competence Center and in IT Operations area; it has the responsibility over the Software License Management processes and procedures, for all CRIF companies in Italy and abroad.

 

What You Are Going To Do

Within a flat organization, where you will find a culture of collaboration and support, you will:

 

  • Manage the life cycle of Corporate’s SW assets
  • Plan, record and track software licenses assignments
  • Review and enforce software policies
  • Maintain contracts and agreements, sharing information with all CRIF companies regarding global software agreements
  • Ensure compliance with vendor licensing rules
  • Recommend corrective measures, providing advices and analyzing economic scenarios
  • Provide guidance and training to others IT Depts regarding SW licensing
  • Work with the Procurement Department and the IT Financial Management dept. in the SW budget drafting
  • Execute internal SW asset audits, presenting results and implementing remediation plans
  • Maintain and configure the Asset Management systems

 

Qualifications & experience required

  • Proven work experience as an Asset License Specialist or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft industry-related software
  • Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities to interact horizontally and vertically across organizations
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Fluency in using English in web meetings, e-mails and phone calls with non-native English-speaking colleagues

 

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or Engineering Management
  • Good experience in scoping, planning and managing complex and concurrent activities supported by a strong understanding of IT Project Management
  • Experience in Information Technology Service Management
  • three years or more spent in the specific role
