This eclectic and rapidly growing group is looking for a motivated, self-driven Senior Consultant with a strong quantitative approach, whose core value is to collaborate at the heart of our multi-disciplinary teams, designing and affirming on the market products that can explain complex data landscapes and insights to our users.

 

Within a flat organization, where you will find a culture of creativity, collaboration and support, you:

  • will coordinate more than one project - of varying complexity – concurrently.
  • will directly interface with external and internal clients to set up the project, defining with data scientists and engineers the data perimeter and the methodologies, formulating and testing hypotheses, as well as rolling out the PMO activities, and developing and communicating recommendations
  • will contribute to the design and development of products, jointly with managers and data scientists from our team, as well as with other CRIF colleagues
  • will be involved in pre-sales activities, with direct ownership or supporting the managers of the team
  • will be involved in other internal activities connected to product management and business developments (i.e. privacy by design, contract management, evaluate potential partner relationships, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor degree with consistent outstanding academic record in engineering, quantitative economics, statistics, econometrics or a similar quantitative field. Advanced degree or MBA is preferred. A strong quantitative background is mandatory.
  • 4/6 years prior experience as a consultant in a professional services firm. A relevant experience in the banking & financial services industries would be a plus. A professional experience and solid function knowledge in top-tier companies - with a strong consulting attitude – is preferred.
  • Combination of strategic and analytical abilities with a passion for technology/analytics (understanding of fundamentals of statistics and machine learning would be a plus).
  • High-level proficiency in Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. A background knowledge of programming languages and/or Statistical Software (Python, R, SAS, SPSS, …) would be a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Willingness to travel
  • Given the enormous amount of proprietary data on which we operate, attention to data protection and compliance is not just an attitude we require, but a core competency to excel at.
