Activities

 

• Ensures service deliverables are on target with goals or adapts to changes based on organizational goals or direction.

• Reviews analytical data that measures gaps in service level; determines corrective actions and tactics for improvement and implements preventive measures.

• Acts as a resource to the business partners, providing proactive and creative problem resolution and manages service delivery against negotiated goals.

• Analyses feedback from customers regularly to identify their needs, clarify expectations, understand their definitions of quality and influence their quality improvement process.

• Is responsible for granting the implementation of Quality Assurance organizational standards, processes, tools, metrics and methodologies

• Collaborates with Process Engineering Team in defining QA company standards, processes, tools and methodologies.

• Is responsible for granting the application of company security policies and guidelines, as well as the utilization of the most appropriate methodologies, tools and infrastructures.

• Conveys and insures the understanding of quality strategies and vision to team members.

• Collaborates in promoting an environment where staff learns to be self-sufficient, competent and challenged.

• Defines, together with peers and senior management the QA Analysts training path organizing on-the-job trainings, seminars and by establishing an environment where continuous improvement is a must.

• Keeps him/herself constantly up-to-date thanks to constant self-training and ability to search for information and share knowledge with colleagues. Thanks to this, she/he enhances quality innovation.

• Provides on-the-job training and advice on tasks for assigned team

• Acts as a trainer in internal training courses.

• This position is typically operating under general direction with regular decision making.

 

 

 

Must have:

 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, mathematics, physics or related discipline, or an equivalent education, or demonstrated experience on the subject

• B2 English Level (intermediate) according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

• ITIL Foundation;

 

LOCATION: Bologna or Full Remote.
