HRIS Specialist Senior

The HRIS Specialist will provide technical expertise and analytical support to the HR & ORGANIZATION DEPARTMENT in the administration, implementation and execution of all information, business processes and system requirements related to the HR Department and other department involved. The Analyst will actively participate in the complete life cycle of reports, solutions, interfaces and guidelines, including the development, implementation, maintenance and processing accurately and timely of all systems that improve efficiencies within the HR department and our internal and external business partners.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration and development of the HR systems (SAP, SAP SF; Zucchetti; ADP; SHAREPOINT; and other in-built systems and processes), working closely with key business stakeholders to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support effective technology solutions aligned with the Corporate strategy, as well as help define and implement technology policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Endure data integrity related to all Human Resources/Payroll/Attendance information management processes and transactions and have primary accountability for the HR Datamart and all HR Systems.
  • Ensure the control of Security and Access to HR Data.
  • Serve as main contact for any internal and external audit requests
  • Serve as the technical point-of-contact for HR/Payroll/Compensation/Attendance and other functional areas reliant upon HR data.
  • Active participation in the administration of requirements, generation of queries, creation and processing of reports, events and technical solution to satisfy business needs.
  • Proactively provide guidance and training to team members and management on technical processes, systems and tools.
  • Proficiency in Business intelligence platforms, especially in MS Power BI  solutions and environments.
  • Troubleshoot technical and data issues as needed.
  • Participate in the evaluation of products and vendors for new technologies to be used by the HR departments.
  • Define the architecture and execute the development of interfaces, APIs between the HR systems and HR datamart


Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience working with HR Tools and technology like SAP, SUCCESS FACTORS, ZUCCHETTI,ADP
  • Good Knownledge of SQL and ETL Tools like Pentaho Kettle, SQL Server Integration Services
  • Ability to design and generate queries, reports and exports
  • Experience in API configuration and development.
  • Experience operating an HCM System.
  • Project Management skills; demonstrate ability to lead and manage HR technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll and Finance business processes and their interdependencies.
  • Customer service focus, ability to drive projects/processes through to completion in a diplomatic manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, evidencing the ability to influence and direct resources for which one does not have direct supervisory control.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information System, Computer Science or related field.
