Business Analyst - Global Delivery

Location: 

Bologna, IT

Reporting to Trasformation Services Delivery Business Analysts Hub, the position will be responsible for the overall planning, management and completion of Italian and international projects.
The position will deal with software solutions about credit management and credit collection processes for manly finance clients but also no finance (telco, utilities etc.).

 

Responsibilities
•    Managing the functional analysis process: requirements gathering and feasibility analysis, functional design and drafting of project documentation: SRS (Software Requirements Specification) following CRIF projects’ standards, planning time and cost to enable new implementations or customizations;
•    Planning, defining and performing test cases, documents drafting;
•    Managing the project delivery and training to users;
•    Participating in internal teams to develop new solutions or integrated solutions based on synergies and proactive relationships with the client and other business units;
•    Liaising with Consultancy and Global Technologies for the definition of project requirements;
•    Managing pre-sales phase supporting Sales/Consulting areas when required;
•    Increasing knowledge about business processes, solutions and information managed within Global Delivery area.

 

Requirements
•    Degree in scientific field or economics/equivalent professional experience;
•    Good functional analysis skills and testing procedures;
•    Good knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Access);
•    Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus, as well as XML language;
•    availability to business trips;
•    Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken;
•    Good analytical skills and detail-orientation;
•    Excellent team working and cross-functional collaboration skills;
•    Flexibility and goal orientation;
•    Problem solving and autonomy.
