Business Analyst Level

BUSINESS ANALYST LEVEL

CRIF Group is looking for Business Analysts Level to be involved in the different departments in Finance and No Finance field.

The candidate will be placed within digital international projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand, innovate and collect the business needs of internal and external clients working as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT people, third-party vendors and clients in order to analyse, document and validate the business processes;
• Support the envisioning process of new products and services whenever the business requirements are not fully clear or placed in a complex scenario;
• Design end-user oriented digital solutions, analyzing and improving processes, user experience and usability
• Manage the functional analysis and definition of the Software Requirements Specifications document and other project related documents;
• Managing the product releases and training to users;
• test planning, definition of test cases and related documentation, management and execution of user acceptance testing;
• Assessing prospect’s business needs and identify/define the optimal business proposal on the basis of the available solution;
• preparation, contribution and documentation of the analysis activities (gap analysis / preliminary analysis / detailed analysis / impact analysis);
• Participation to the pre-sales activities, presentation of the solutions/products to prospect clients and training to existing clients;

Skills:

• Effective communication skills (written and spoken) and capability to create PowerPoint presentations and product documentation;

• Ability to quickly create trust with both internal and external clients;
• Good analytical skills and detail-orientation;
• Excellent team working and cross-functional collaboration skills;

Requirements

• Degree in scientific/technical field, preferably in Economics or Engineering;
• Interest in new technologies and innovation.
• knowledge of banking processes is recommended
• Good functional analysis skills and testing procedures;
• Good knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Access);
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT
• Knowledge of BPMN is appreciated
• Knowledge of tools for test the API (e.g. SOAPUI e POSTMAN)
• Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken;
• At least 3 years working in similar roles;

• Willingness to travel;
• The working place is Bologna (Campus Varignana).
