In this role you will be responsible for collecting customer's requirements during all the phase of the project by interacting with developers and all the relevant project stakeholders, internal and external. You will collaborate with teams from all over Europe, defining the common roadmap and business objectives.


You will be working closely with the Project Manager to identify the best solution from a functional point of view based on the requirements and expectations of the Clients, with a strong focus on market trends.


Moreover, you will be responsible for translating functional requirements into technical requirements by interacting with specialist teams in the design and delivery of SaaS solutions, such as tailored web & mobile apps, for Financial Institutions and Corporates.


  Main responsibilities:


  • Collecting user requirements for both implementations and change requests
  • Working closely with technical team to translate functional requirements into technical requirements;
  • Anticipating requirements, evolving the product analyzing uncovering areas for improvement;
  • Validating and documenting business functional requirements and writing software requirements (SRS) following the corporate standard;
  • Track, monitor and follow the product releases based on customer and product priorities
  • Defining and perform test cases to ensure the quality of product’s releases from UAT environment to production.
  • Build effective presentation in order to actively participate to pre-sales meetings, activities planning, market researches and product roadmap.
  • Operates in accordance with company security policies and guidelines, and in accordance with established quality standards and service agreement (SLA).
  • Understand and convey the importance of interdependencies between operations and business needs, technology and product’s objectives.
  • Proactively contributes to team goals by participating actively in daily activities and long term objectives, working and collaborating with teams from across Europe.


Must Have

  • English as pre-requisite condition for employment, fluency in spoken/written
  • Degree in Economics, IT or Mathematics
  • Good knowledge of the office package (Excel, PowerPoint);                                                                                                                 
  • Familiarity with Agile (Jira, User story…)
  • 2/3-year experience in IT Digital Banking services
  • Accustomed to working closely with developers’ (App, Web, Back-end and Open Banking solutions)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and relational skills


Preferred Skills

  • Good knowledge functional analysis and testing procedures;                                                                                                                                
  • Availability to travel
  • Familiarity with SaaS product and APIs
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relation databases are valued positively
  • Scrum certifications (Scrum master or Product Owner) are valued positively
