1. 會計各項作業審核、應收應付帳款管理。 
2. 每月定期編製財務報表並提供集團相關報表。
3. 配合集團年結時程，出具年度財務報表。
4. 公司稅務管理及申報。
5. 資金調度及管理。
6. 年度預算編制、成效追蹤及成本控制。
7. 跨部門協調、溝通與決策支援。
8. 公司董事會、股東會召開，擬定議事手冊及編制議事錄。
9. 辦理變更登記事項事宜。
10. 兼管大陸、香港關係企業付款及帳務。
