Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and collaborative Sales Operations professional to serve as a key connector across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support. This role will drive operational excellence, optimize go-to-market processes, and ensure alignment across teams to accelerate revenue growth.

This individual will own core systems (CRM, website), support pipeline generation activities, manage events, and provide insights that improve decision-making and execution across the organization.

This is a revenue operations role reporting to SVP of Sales with 60% focus on sales and marketing operations and 40% on generation support and events.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Enablement

- Own and manage the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), including data integrity, workflow automation, reporting, and user adoption

- Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance tracking

- Support sales leadership with territory planning, account management frameworks, and pipeline reviews

- Partner with sales to improve lead management, routing, and conversion processes

- Assist in developing sales playbooks, scripts, and enablement materials

Marketing & Demand Generation Alignment

- Act as the bridge between Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns, messaging, and lead follow-up

- Manage website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization

- Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI

- Help execute digital marketing initiatives (email campaigns, LinkedIn, content distribution)

Events & Conference Management

- Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, trade shows, and client events end-to-end

- Manage vendor relationships, logistics, budgets, and on-site execution

- Partner with Sales to maximize event ROI through pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up strategies

- Track and report on event-driven pipeline and outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Serve as a central point of coordination between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support

- Help align go-to-market strategies with product launches and enhancements

- Support feedback loops from customers and sales into product and marketing teams

- Assist in building scalable processes across the revenue organization

Data, Analytics & Reporting

- Develop and maintain key performance metrics (MQL → SQL → Closed Won)

- Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales cycle trends

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve revenue performance

- Ensure data cleanliness, governance, and standardization across systems

Process Optimization & Technology

- Identify inefficiencies in the sales and marketing funnel and implement improvements

- Evaluate and manage the sales/marketing tech stack

- Lead automation initiatives to improve scalability and reduce manual work

- Document processes and create SOPs for repeatable execution

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles

- Experience in B2B environments (fintech, auto finance, or SaaS preferred)

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

- Strong analytical and reporting skills

- Experience supporting events and marketing campaigns

- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills

Additional Considerations for This Role

- Strong focus on revenue operations (not just sales ops)

- Ownership mindset around pipeline visibility and performance

- Clear lead lifecycle management between Marketing and Sales

- Emphasis on measuring event ROI and campaign effectiveness

- Ability to bring field insights back into marketing and product
