Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, prospecting and nurturing leads through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

· Manage and grow existing business with Banks, Credit Unions, Financial Institutions, Car Dealerships etc.

· Identify potential customers through research, database management, and inbound lead qualification.

· Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate interest in products/services.

  • Sales Pipeline Management:

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and prospects in CRM systems.

· Manage a sales pipeline by prioritizing leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Customer Engagement:

· Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

· Educate customers on the value proposition, features, and benefits of the products/services.

  • Quoting and Closing Sales:

· Prepare and send pricing quotes, proposals, and agreements.

· Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
  • Coordinate with customer success and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and after-sales support.
  • Reporting and Feedback:
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
  • Provide market feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes.
  • KPIs:
  • Conversion rate of qualified leads to closed deals.
  • Year-over-year revenue growth from managed accounts.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention metrics.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales or a technology/SaaS environment is a plus.
