JOB TITLE

 

General Manager

 

MISSION

 

Assures the achievement of Revenues & Ebit objectives for the Company. Liaises with the Management team in defining marketing strategies, development of new leads, implementation of Credit Bureau related products/services in Uzbekistan.

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

 

•  Collaborates with the Management to define and articulate the organization’s vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision.

•  Responsible for business developing, budgeting and control process, team management.

•  Creates operating plans that support strategic direction set by the Management and correlate with annual operating budgets.

•  Develops and monitors strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the Company.

•  Identifies sales opportunities by monitoring and analysing the information gathered from the market place and sales expectation.

•  Establishes appropriate relationships with customers and leverages those relationships to win new business.

•  Generates new leads through networking and prospects and evaluates business opportunities by assuring the correct pricing and marketing policies.

•  Is involved in the drawing up marketing plan and sales activities with reference to the market and competitors trends and in collaboration with the Management and local team. 

•  Oversees the sales team in achieving the  annual budgets.

•  Maintains in depth knowledge on Company products/services and is able to transfer the correct know-how.

•  Participate, as representative of the Company, at sector workshops/ industry conferences/association meetings.

 

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

 

•  At least 5-7 years’ executive experience as Sales/Business Development who had experience in managing operation staff.

•  Banking and/or financial institution background is recommended. Significant international experience desired.

•  Recognized leadership skills and style.

•  Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.

•  Knowledge about negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

•  Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.

•  A strategic thinker and able towork well under pressure, setting and achieving high standards of performance.

•  A pro-active, “can do” leadership attitude.

•  Must be result driven and highly motivated, possessing the ability to be a sound communicator with the ability to sell.

•  Good written and verbal English, Russian and Uzbek skills.
