JOB SUMMARY

Lead the growth of Visayas and Mindanao market both sales and operation with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectation of clients, vendors and internal customer. Set and achieve sales target. Improve performance, productivity, and efficiency of the branch


KEY TASK RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Oversee the smooth operation of various process that contribute to the production and responsible to the work performance of the branch
•    Plan and strategized the size of inquiries versus the number of people. Ensure everyone is pulling their weights, distribution the workload evenly
•    Responsible for helping other members of the team set goals that move the entire team forward
•    Respond to and resolve employee relations issues expressed by team members; create and maintain high quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level. Be vigilant when to push the team to accomplish more and when it needs to back off
•    Address disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy. Prepare warnings and communicate effectively with employees on warnings and make effective/appropriate decisions relative to corrective action as required
•    Assessing what each team member’s capabilities and job duties. Ensure the Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of the report output
•    Develop and design, modify, and improve internal process to exceed client expectations
•    Actively looking for ways to improve production capacity of the entire branch both operations and sales and initiating them or bringing them to attention of others
•    Identify appropriate training need of each Business Analyst, Document Analyst, Sales, and Admin for other resources to perform their jobs
•    Coordinates with other departments in working out a smooth flow of operations to ensure customer satisfaction
•    Working with product leaders and discuss clients’ requirements (volume, template, rates, and list of required documents).
•    Meets revenue and productivity targets set by the company
•    Build and strengthen account relationships to maximize future business opportunities.
•    Understand the client’s future business plans and needs. Influence the client’s requirement definition to maximize opportunities for D&B within the account.
•    Understands the products and services and identify specific target audience per product or service
•    Propose a solution package that would address the customer’s current business requirement and creates competitive advantage for the customer’s business.
•    Prepares the Service Level Agreement and ensures that internal and external stakeholders understand and agree prior to start of the inquiry.
•    Objectively assess client concerns and propose possible solutions together with Operations
•    Orients customers and suppliers as requested
•    Report to the Leader the periodically on team and individual work accomplishments, problems, progress in mastering tasks and work processes, individual and team training needs.
•    Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales and Operations Manager


QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
•    Graduate of courses in Business, Marketing, Marketing Management, IMC or Communication with above average to superior scholastic records
•    At least 2 years experienced in sales and operation
•    Preferably with at least basic understanding on Financial.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Highly creative, can work with less supervision, has initiative and good problem-solving skills
•    Can gracefully handle work pressure
•    Must be updated on industry news and developments
•    Willing to travel Visayas and Mindanao areas
