Sales Representative Level

Location: 

Paranaque City, PH

Manages a customer portfolio with increasing complexity based on 4 different
dimensions (number/type of clients and/or geographical area covered and/or
industries covered and/or offering managed) including customers of medium
potential revenues and NB (new business) customer base.

Manages all activities of the sales cycle with reference to small and medium sized
customers. Autonomously manage his/her assigned clients’portfolio, collecting
ideas and hints from customers, which are going to be systematized and
internalized.

Identifies new opportunities, independently manage the sell of all products/services
and the commercial negotiations with customers. Manage negotiations of medium
complexity in autonomy, seeking support of his/her responsible to define sales
strategies to be activated for the customer.

Autonomously manages CRM and meetings with customers, as well as prepares
Customer’s feedback reports and sales activity reports.

Involves the more experienced colleagues for complex negotiations and directly ask
for support of Specialists or Marketing. Guarantee the meeting of the assigned
margin.

Fully manages the assigned client portfolio by developing relationships with clients
(i.e. frequent visits) by motivating to purchase. Collect information on new
products/services and on commercial initiatives developed from competitors reporting clients’ feedbacks on them to Sales account III
