Account Manager Level

Job Brief: 


The candidate will be responsible to manage and develop the region which is assigned to him / her, to achieve both personal and team targets.

  • To identify new sales and business opportunities with both existing and new customers, and develop and implement effective account plans for all accounts assigned,
  • To present quotes and proposals, to negotiate and close the orders,
  • To achieve his / her sales targets and maximise the revenue,
  • Establishing and assuring business relations with the customers,
  • Handle all issues regarding customer satisfaction,
  • Preferably have experience on solution sales.


Qualifications :

The ideal candidate should;

  • Have an university degree,
  • Have 1 - 3 years of active sales experience,
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking and financial sector,
  • Have the ability to persuade and influence,
  • Good level of English and Fluent in Turkish
  • Have good knowledge of MS applications,
  • Have a valid driving license and be an active driver
