Business Development Manager senior

As a Business Development Manager - Senior, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE, Middle East and Pakistan  in order to achieve your sales target.

 


 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow existing business
  • Define the annual operating plans that support the strategic direction of the assigned markets in line with the defined annual budgets
  • Implement and monitor the business development strategies to ensure that the expected results are achieved
  • Collaborate on the development of marketing plans with the dedicated teams, with the competence center in order to find the best proposition of the offer, and with the other market areas to find cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Creation of customers through new business to maintain the targeted revenues
  • Autonomously run new business activities and plan customer meetings
  • Manage all the activities of the sales cycle with reference to the assigned clients’ portfolio
  • Ensure the achievement of the assigned revenue goals by following the corporate managerial/operational guidelines
  • Develop relationship with clients (i.e. recurring visits)
                                MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • MBA from a reputed institute desired
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development roles and/or in management/consultancy roles involving customer contact and dialogue with C-Level executives
  • Excellent communication & presentation  skills
  • Ability to engage with clients and guide them through their buying cycle
  • Must hold  UAE Driving license
