The Position

Overview

This is a Sales Management role. The incumbent would lead sales efforts in Egypt for CRIF Information Technologies S.E.A core solution set comprising of Risk Management Solutions and Sales & Marketing Solutions. This role is based in Cairo.

The ideal candidate will identify and develop new sources of revenue and maximize the opportunity with the existing clients to achieve the financial goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of Action/Sales plans
  • Lead and supervise the business development team.
  • Analyze market trends and establish sales strategies to increase department portfolio
  • Accountability for building relationships and delivering superior service through knowledge of products and services
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Ensure department is in compliance, keep abreast of current requirements and changing legislation
  • Development of Sales Team Leaders to improve their ability to meet KPIs and build a team that obtains departmental and company objectives
  • Consistent disciplined approach to follow up targets, tasks' completion and goals.

 

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will preferably be operating in a Leadership position in an IT, Banking or Financial Institution with experience in leading, managing, guiding and coaching the sales team in a B2B environment.

 

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree from a reputed management institution
  • 10 to 15 years of overall experience
  • 4 to 5 years in a leadership role
  • Business to business solutions selling experience
  • Strong management experience

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to listen, understand and modify positions to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
