BUSINESS ANALYST

Requirements

• Degree in scientific/technical field or equivalent professional experience;
• Good functional analysis skills and testing procedures;
• Good knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Access);
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle and MSSqlServer), as well as XML;
• Knowledge of banking and/or TLC and/or insurance industry;
• Availability to business trips;
• Very good knowledge of Italian and English both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of another language (e.g. French, Arabic) will considered as a plus.

What You Are Going To Do

• Managing the functional analysis process: requirements gathering and feasibility analysis, functional design and drafting of project documentation: SRS (Software Requirements Specification) following CRIF projects’ standards, planning time and cost to enable new implementations or customizations;
• Planning, defining and performing test cases, documents drafting;
• Managing the project delivery and training to users;
• Participating to internal work groups to develop new solutions or integrated solutions based on synergies and proactive relationships with the client and other business units;
• Liaising with Markets and CRIF Global Technologies for the definition of project requirements;
• Managing pre-sales phase supporting Sales/Consulting areas when required;
