Technical Business Analyst

What you will be doing:

The position is inside the area Credit Bureau Solution Management and Global Assets of WWCC2.

The candidate will be involved in project  implementation and customization of Credit Bureau solution for CRIF markets, as well as in business as usual activities aimed at the ordinary management.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the functional analysis process: requirements gathering and feasibility analysis, functional design and drafting of project documentation: SRS (Software Requirements Specification) following CRIF projects’ standards, planning time and cost to enable new implementations or customizations;

  • Planning, defining and performing test cases, documents drafting;

  • Managing the project delivery and training to users;

  • Participating to internal work groups to develop new solutions or integrated solutions based on synergies and proactive relationships with the client and other business units;

  • Liaising with Markets and Global Technologies for the definition of project requirements;

  • Managing pre-sales phase supporting Sales/Consulting areas when required;

  • Increasing knowledge about business processes, solutions and information managed within Credit Bureau management area.

 

Main requirements:

  • Degree in scientific/technical field or equivalent professional experience;

  • Good functional analysis skills and testing procedures;

  • Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken;

  • Good knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Access);

  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle and MSSqlServer), as well as XML language;

  • At least 2 years of working experience, managing projects in structured contexts or in a similar position;

  • availability to business trips.
