Project Manager insurance

Location: 

Bologna, IT

The role will be involved in CRIF Global Solutions area and will be assigned to envision, plan and develop software solutions for international markets.

 

Project Manager Insurance

 

Main responsibilities

  • Understand the business context in which the new solution will operate
  • Plan and develop in co-operation with the Product Manager and IT providers
  • Regularly monitor all the main processes, reporting the work’s progress and the obtained results
  • Risk management activity
  • Maintain and encourage communication with all the stakeholders involved in the project (the clients as well as the team members)
  • Draft documentation and supervise the project team’s documentation
  • take care of the improvement of the production processes along the project.

 

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in software project management
  • Experience in managing the lifecycle of software solutions for the Insurance industry (damage and claims area)
  • Highly appreciated experience (related to software solutions) in any of the following fields:
  • Insurance policy pricing and underwriting
  • Claims
  • Damage assessment
  • Project Management certification (PMP or Prince2)
  • Fluency in English language (at least C level)
  • Italian mother tongue

·      Proven ability to work in a distributed and multicultural team
