PURCHASE TO PAY MANAGER

CRIF is looking for a PURCHASE TO PAY MANAGER

 

Main responsibilities

  • Set and manage strategies, processes and policies with a particular focus on the DACH area taking global directions into account.
  • Drive value by implementing strategic sourcing and entering into cost efficient agreements that fulfil supply requirements within the assigned commodities.
  • Drive supplier performance, contract effectiveness, collaboration and integration and deliver improved results with key suppliers within assigned commodities. 
  • Manage PO’s and order confirmations as part of the purchase to pay process specifically for the DACH area..
  • Conduct, accordingly with the global policies, detailed demand, spend, cost and market analysis and a structured approach to tendering and negotiating with suppliers given the assigned commodity strategy.
  • Works closely with Colleagues involved locally in the DACH Area to establish an efficient and effective supply chain, which is measured on on-time delivery
  • Clear and efficient communication is key.

Requirements

  • Degree in economics or engineering, international experience will be considered as added value
  • Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in international environments both procurement or global services
  • Full Professional English and German knowledge (mandatory)

 

Skills And Capabilities (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), SAP
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to domestic and/or international sites if required
