IT Business Analyst RPA&JIRA

  • You will be part of the Group IT Organization and will be involved in RPA/Jira/Confluence projects.
  • You will be responsible for the following activities:
  • interface with the Business to define the process related to the process requirements: work with Business Process Owners, Key/End Users, Business Project Manager and IT technical teams to gather functional requirements and evaluate implementation alternatives
  • defining and maintaining the IT Enterprise Process Architecture in terms of processes, functions and systems.





  • Passion for understanding business processes with the aim of addressing them by leveraging analysis and modeling

Work within the Robotic Project Portfolio&RPA Team with the purpose to define, redesign, optimize and automate activities in the business processes, looking at how processes need to change to deliver business goals

  • Contribute to development of “As Is – To Be” Process Model.
  • Record Use Cases and Scenarios of business processes and stakeholder interaction.
  • Capture and manage high-level and low-level requirements.
  • Identify instances where existing processes may be streamlined or improved or automate
  • Identify qualitative improvements and calculate quantitative benefits of solutions such as Project Portfolio Management or Automation
  • Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analysis to support management in decision making
  • Partner with IT Project management Team, delivery teams, and Business Stakeholder for delivery of solutions
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance tests
  • Work in highly collaborative teams that strive to build quality systems and provide business value
  • Continually learn, mentor and develop your career



  • Masters OR equivalent in Applied mathematics, statistics/econometrics, computer science, business administration (Tech/Ops) with 2-4 years’ of prior experience in data intensive environment
  • Knowledge of the English language at an excellent level
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent analytical ability
