HR Specialist junior
Location:
Bologna, IT
HR REWARD & COST CONTROL
The resource will be inserted in the Human resource office, more in details in the Compensation and Cost Control Team.
The main responsibilities are:
- He/She will be in charge of the reward activites, budget and forecast tasks
- Monitoring and forecasting of personnel costs, Head Counts for all the CRIF ‘s countries;
- Support the activities for the reward and salary policies within CRIF’s countries;
- Identify HR trends across the business groups and proactively designs programs to address these trends;
- Support and identify the possible digitalization processes in the following department : rewards, cost and control.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge in reward and Cost Control in Analytics / KPI and Trend;
Work Experience and Education Guidelines:
- Minimum of 1 and maximum 3 years within HR or controlling department experience within a multinational corporation;
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, namely advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint;
- It is a plus the knowledge of Zucchetti and SAP – Success Factor;
- It is considered a plus the knowledge of ADP system;
- It is a plus the knowledge of digitalization process in terms of reward and cost control;
- Ability to work effectively and constructively in a team environment or independently;
Education:
- A University degree or equivalent in Economics or major in Human Resources and International Business Administration;
- Effective interpersonal skills;
- The ability to maintain confidential information;
- Very good knowledge of English Language;
Workplace will be in Bologna.
